BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Gary Vachter
Gary has served on the Board since 1989. Gary is our current President.
Gary grew up in St. Paul and graduated from St. Paul High School
in 1977. Currently Gary and his wife Heidi operate GH Farms Inc.,
which consists of 425 acres. Their main crop is grass seed. They
raise various types as well as clovers and some specialty seed crops.
In addition to his work on the Board, Gary is involved with the
St. Paul Parish, Knights of Columbus, St. Paul Booster Club, St.
Paul Fire Department Budget Committee, and OSU Seed Services Advisory
Committee. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and
volunteering.
John Stockfleth
John has served on the Board since 1991. John is our current Vice-President.
John attended Gervais Union High School and graduated from Oregon
State University with a degree in Agronomy (crop science). He operates
Stockfleth Farms, which grows grass seed and vegetables; Stockfleth
Seeds, a seed cleaning operation; and J &S Farms & Nursery,
which grows shrubs, grafted maples and conifers. In addition to
his work on the Board, John is involved with NorPac and Oregon Association
of Nurserymen. He enjoys traveling and snowboarding.
Sean Connor
Sean has served on the Board since 2000. Sean grew up in St. Paul
and after graduating from St. Paul High School; he attended Western
Oregon University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business
and Marketing. Currently he is an agent with Country Companies &
Financial Services. In addition to his work on the Board, Sean is
involved with St. Paul Fire Department Board, St. Paul Dinner Dance
Co-Chairperson, Keizer Chamber and St. Paul School District 45 Budget
Committee Member. He enjoys playing basketball, skiing and cooking.
Cam Buck
Cam has served on the Board since 2002. Cam attended Woodburn High
School and graduated from Oregon State University. He operates Blue
Sky Farms whose crops include grass seed, nursery stock and Christmas
trees. In addition to his work on the Board, Cam enjoys traveling,
hunting and sports.
Steve Stone
Steve has served on the Board since 2006.
