Step 1) Open a web browser and navigate to the St Paul Telephone homepage www.stpaultel.com.
Step 2) Look for the "My Account" button in the upper right hand corner of the page. Clickon that button.
Step 3) Click on the button labeled Pay Online.
Step 4) Click on the Continue button.
Step 5) Click on Register Now.
Step 6) Enter the Service Account this can be found on page 1 of your monthly billing. Include all leading zeros should be 10 digits long.
Secret is 281 plus your last 4 of your primary phone number. (Example 281XXXX)
Click on Continue. This will take you to the main setup page.
